Data collected by our forms and the SEO analyzer
What data
- Contact and quote forms (Contact page, service pages, blog posts, calculators): name, company name if you give it, phone, e-mail address, the service you are interested in, your message, and the address of the page you wrote from.
- SEO analyzer, “10 more analyses”: your e-mail address, the page language, the last page you analysed, and the date and time of your consent (ticked box).
Why
- To answer your message, call you back and prepare a quote.
- For the SEO analyzer: to unlock your extra analyses and, because you agreed by ticking the box, to contact you about your website’s SEO.
We never sell, rent or share this data, and we do not use it to send a newsletter.
Who receives it
Every submission arrives by e-mail at contact@itlabspro.com, IT LABS PRO’s contact mailbox, with a copy in a team member’s mailbox. Only the IT LABS PRO team has access to them. The website and the mailboxes are hosted by our hosting provider (GoDaddy), acting on our behalf.
The forms are protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes your IP address and information about your browser under Google’s privacy policy.
How long
- Form messages: 3 years after our last exchange if no contract follows. If you become a client, for the length of our work together, then as long as our accounting and tax obligations require.
- SEO analyzer e-mails: 3 years after your consent, or until you ask us to delete them.
- IP address: used only in hashed form to count your free analyses and prevent abuse; these counters expire at the end of the day at the latest. Analysed pages stay in memory for a few minutes. The server’s technical logs (IP address, page requested) are kept by our hosting provider for the site’s security.
Where it is stored
SEO analyzer e-mails are saved in a file on the server that sits outside the website’s public folder: it cannot be opened or downloaded from any web address.
Your rights (law no. 09-08) and how to exercise them
Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data gives you the right:
- to be informed about how your data is used (this page);
- of access: to know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- to rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or erased;
- to object: to refuse, on legitimate grounds, that your data be processed, and to refuse without giving a reason to be contacted for sales purposes. You can withdraw the consent given in the SEO analyzer at any time.
How: write to contact@itlabspro.com with the subject “Personal data”, or by post to the address above, giving the e-mail address or phone number you used. We may ask you to prove your identity. We reply within 30 days at most.

Audience measurement
The website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to count visits and see which pages bring quote requests. These tools set cookies and send Google information about your browsing. You can block them in your browser settings, or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We update this page whenever the way we handle your data changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
