A signature that works for you
Every e-mail your team sends is read by a customer, a supplier or a prospect. A clear, consistent signature looks professional, gives the right contact details straight away and sends people to your website. The generator builds an HTML signature based on tables, the format best supported by Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and mobile mail apps. Everything happens in your browser.
Installing the signature
- Gmail: Settings (gear icon) › See all settings › General › Signature › Create new. Click “Copy the signature” above, paste it in the box, then save at the bottom of the page.
- Outlook (web and Microsoft 365): Settings › Mail › Compose and reply › Email signature. Paste the copied signature and save.
- Outlook (Windows): File › Options › Mail › Signatures › New, then paste.
- Apple Mail: Settings › Signatures › +. Untick “Always match my default message font”, then paste.
- Thunderbird or any app that accepts HTML: download the .html file or copy the HTML code.
Good practice
Keep it simple: name, job title, one or two phone numbers, the website and perhaps a small logo. Avoid signatures made of a single image (unreadable when images are blocked) and heavy files. Use an address on your own domain rather than a free webmail address: it inspires more trust. To make sure your e-mails reach the inbox, also check your domain with the SPF, DKIM and DMARC checker, and add a WhatsApp link for direct contact.

Does the signature work on mobile?

Is my information stored?
No. The signature is generated in your browser.
